Before we dive into a web design project there are a couple things you should already have gathered. If you sign up with me I’ll provide you with a detailed list of what those things are, but you can also read this blog post to find out more.

It really will! Content is gathered before Design weeks, this usually takes about 2-4 weeks depending on how much content you need to gather. (I’ll line out everything you need :)

Do I sound like someone you want to work with? Great! First step is to fill out an inquiry form and provide me a little bit of information about you, what you need, and what services your interested in. Once you fill out and send it in I will get back to you within 24-48 hours via email. We can chat a bit and decide what package will work for you!

Let's talk about it! We'll set up a time to talk, however is easiest for you, email, video chat, trail ride?? We'll discuss and game plan, and I'll get all the details so I can send you a customized proposal.

If you like the proposal I sent over then it's time to sign your contract and make your deposit. I require a 20% deposit for all projects to reserve your spot. Once the first deposit is paid, a second of 30% is paid to begin your project on your design date, and the last 50% is paid when the site is completed, before delivery.

Now comes the fun part!
We'll get you onboarded and create your custom portal. I'll send you a detailed list of all the items to be collected before we start your design weeks!

Time for you to celebrate and sit back & relax. Now I take over the process with all your information, and pieces for the website, I'll design a website that is truly authentic to you!

I create my sites using Squarespace. There are so many reasons to use Squarespace - you can fully customize sites, they are easy to "hand-over" to a client once they are done, they have TONS of tutorials to help guide you, I could go on and on. It may seem like having a monthly subscription fee is expensive when your adding up costs, but for what you are getting it is totally worth it!! If you like this website, I’ll give you a hint - It’s built on Squarespace ;)

Before we start your Web Design project we are going to want to gather a couple of essential items. First, your going to want your business to be registered with it's "official" name. You don't want to register for a domain and have it not be the same as your official business name! Next your going to want to have your branding assets put together - your images, fonts, and colors so that your website can have a cohesive look. If you need help with this, check out my Graphic Design Packages. To put the website together, we are going to need copy for your website as well, copy is the words that go on your site. I will provide you a packet with copy prompts to help you think of what you need to say, and what needs to be included on your site. If that sounds overwhelming, don't worry! I am here to help. Before we jump into your "design weeks" I will make sure you know all the things you need to have gathered.

Of course! Each website I design no matter the plan will always be mobile responsive. 95% of all website traffic comes from mobile devices, so whether you design with me or someone else, make sure your website is mobile friendly!!

A website unfortunately these days isn't a stagnant thing. In order to keep them up to date they need to be maintained. There are monthly hosting fees to keep your files online, monthly subscriptions depending on what integrations you have included in your site, and fees associated with keeping your domain. Not to mention monthly updates of information. (Google does not like websites that don't change and grow!) I will always tell you about the costs when we come up with a custom plan for your website. Like most businesses and people, they will all different! Depending on what apps, plug-ins, or integrations your business needs, will decided how much your monthly website maintenance is.
